I just wanted to drop you a quick note, as my husband and I ate last week at DERU Market in Kirkland. We had the arugula/apple pizza and I was so amazed by the quality of the arugula (I had never seen arugula that looked as fresh, delicate, and as purple in color as the arugula on that pizza). Before we left DERU I had to ask our Server where the arugula came from and she said Steel Wheel Farm.
